Platformer Engine Game Maker
Jump on this deal. By far, one of the best 2d engines out here. Covers so much. Seems to work fine in GMS2 as well. The only add in I can see right now would be a lighting addon engine or build some kind of lights into the kit to allow moody lighting.
Outside of these, I think it is great.
