I recently subscribed to TechNet and I downloaded the 'Office Professional Plus 2010 with Service Pack 1 (x86 and x64) - DVD (English)'.iso file. There was a dialog at the beginning when I chose a custom install that said I was installing 32bit office on a 64bit machine. So, I cancelled and started over.
I just went with the regular install. Still, no 64bit. I thought I was wrong once, but, of course, I was wrong.
