I have installed my StarCam and have installed the My Guard software. I cannot, however, set it up to send emails when an alarm is triggered. I have looked at the manual but I simply get the error: Response:550 You are not allowed to send mail to I have entered mail.tesco.net in the server box (pop and smtp servers are the same for tesco anyway) I have entered my username and then password I have entered from and to email addresses (but I guess it's the 'to' one that matters) I have entered a title and content.
I have changed the directory but I cannot get as far as the attachment being sent anyway. The manual doesn't tell you enough to know what's wrong so I am now stumped.
